new look for unicorn crafts

unicorn crafts just got a mini make-over.

i just made some business cards using moo.com! moo is amazing. not only are they pretty cheap but they use recycled and sustainable materials for their products. another plus is that you can get front and back full color printing for no extra cost AND you can upload multiple images for the front design. so now you can have more variety in how you present your business.

if you are looking for a place to print cards, check out moo!

gear shift

so i took a break from the craft to get back into painting. (when i say "break", i mean only 50% of my time is spent making jewelry for the next few days instead of 95% of my time).

i have been missing the bay area so i am paying hommage in a sense with this new work. there is more to it that just what you see but you will have to wait til it's done...

here is a sneak peek.

nail art: wild

i couldn't sleep last night so instead of just laying in bed, i decided to do my nails. i know, so much more productive.

i went back to the animal kingdom for some inspiration.

Etsy: Toast Time!

i wasn't kidding when i said i spent all weekend making jewelry for unicorn crafts!

i ordered a mold from a fellow etsy seller and went to town! again working with polymer clay i was able to make some adorable little toast friends (and give them some adorable toast friends too!).

Etsy: Smiley Teeth Collection

this weekend has been pretty productive with lots of new teeth making their way into unicorn crafts' etsy shop!

polymer clay is a super fun and easy way to make jewelry. but it does take a steady hand to do the paint job on these little guys. make sure you've got your magnifying glass at the ready!

Etsy: New Jewelry

i have been working with polymer clay to make some new additions to my etsy shop.

a friend of mine is on her way to being a DMD, doctor of dental medicine, and she said it would be cute if i made dental-ish jewelry. thus the cute teeth. these will become earrings and rings once i attach the posts.

the mustache is just funny, especially handlebar mustaches. no?

these are all meticulously hand-sculpted but i just ordered some molds that are on their way and can't wait to make some more fun jewelry!
